| Description of the reasons for change | Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди викласти в новій редакції: 3.1. Ціна договору визначається на підставі договірної ціни на роботи (Додаток 1 до Договору) і становить 12 630 774,07 грн., крім того ПДВ 2 526 154,81 грн., разом з ПДВ 15 156 928,88 грн. (п'ятнадцять мільйонів сто п'ятдесят шість тисяч дев'ятсот двадцять вісім гривень 88 копійок), в тому числі: - 2024 рік - 4991807,11 грн. -2025 рік - 10165121,77 грн. Бюджетні зобов'язання за Договором виникають у разу наявності та в межах бюджетних асигнувань на ці цілі, пердбачених планом(ами) використання бюджетних коштів. |
